As President and CEO of Seed Healthcare, Todd is applying his 30+ years of healthcare experience, investment knowledge and growth strategies to help companies drive change in healthcare. Combining clinical knowledge and key financial strategies as an investment banker, Todd has the unique ability to help providers with clinical revenue enhancement and capital strategies, while also impacting the healthcare strategy overall. Capital raising, real estate, debt solutions, business strategies, value proposition development are key strengths. With his performance over time, Todd has access to health systems, independent providers and thought leaders in the industry. Previously, Todd led the healthcare platform at Newmark, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate advisory firms. Todd also has a widespread knowledge of healthcare technology, including a deep understanding for devices of the future, from previously working for more than 10 years at the Stryker Corporation, a medical device company. Todd sits on the board of several companies including Fountain Health, the groundbreaking platform changing healthcare from reactive to proactive.
