Born in Chiba in 1970. After graduating from Hitotsubashi University School of Commerce, joined Ota Showa Audit Corporation (currently Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC). following experience in operations such as financial Due Diligence and Public Offering support, founded Strike Company Limited in 1997. Went public, and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Market in June 2016, and changed the market segment to TSE First Section (now Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market) in June of the following year. Not only has focus in business succession M&A, but also has been working on M&A for startups and M&A aimed for future growth.
