A native of Sapporo, Hokkaido, she founded the company at the age of 29. She defines her management approach by balancing the "two wheels" of her philosophy—"to create women who love themselves and shine"—and tangible results. She is dedicated to developing female leaders and promoting a new way of life for women to the world. Currently, 99% of the company's approximately 1,000 employees are women. In recognition of its efforts, the company won first place in the Forbes Woman Award 2021 (in the category for companies with 300 to 999 employees). The company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Growth Market in April 2025, and in August of the same year, changed its name from LIFE CREATE to LOIVE Inc.
