After joining RIKEN, he worked for a private company before becoming independent. He then joined an independent VC firm, where he engaged in hands-on investment in startups. He moved to a financial institution to provide impact finance to listed companies and support impact measurement and management for VC and CVC. In his current position, he supports the value creation process of companies from public to private since 2022. Ph.D. in Science.
