Following key roles in the successful turnaround of McDonald’s Japan as Marketing Director and Head of the President’s Office, has held executive positions including VP of People & Culture at Mercari, COO at SHOWROOM, and Chief Corporate Officer at Japan’s Digital Agency, where business and organizational growth were consistently achieved. Currently leads organizational culture diagnostics, HR system development, and strategic consulting at Almoha, while also directing Startup Culture Lab. Serves as an External Director at Bravesoft, a Visiting Associate Professor at GLOBIS University, and is the author of Culture Model: How to Build an Optimal Organizational Culture.
