After working at a major foreign consulting firm, startups, and founding a company, joined IBM in 2009. Oversees services that promote DX/AI from a business and operational perspective for all industries. Has experience leading large-scale corporate transform utilizing advanced technologies. Since 2023, also serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for IBM Japan Group. Since 2023, appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Startup Promotion Comprehensive Committee of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives. Conducts research and makes recommendations from the perspectives of deep tech, finance, and human resources to increase the number of Japanese unicorns.
