After graduating from Kyoto University's Graduate School of Energy Science, he joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in 2004. In 2015, he was seconded to the Cabinet Office's National Space Policy Secretariat, where he was responsible for expanding the private space business. Upon returning to METI in 2017, he founded the venture support program "J-Startup." He joined Digital Hearts Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2018 and established Digital Hearts Plus Co., Ltd. In May 2022, he founded Innovative Space Carrier inc.
