Lena Waters is CMO at Notion. Throughout her 20-year career, she has built and scaled high-growth consumer and B2B global marketing teams across all go-to-market functions, helping companies navigate the evolution of digital, enterprise, and AI-driven marketing. As Notion's CMO, she oversees Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Demand Gen, Communications & Content, and International Marketing. Most recently, Waters served as CMO at Grammarly, where she modernized their brand promise as an AI solution, drove sales demand, and scaled consumer growth. She also served as Group Vice President, Global Demand & Digital Business at DocuSign.
