In 2014, while still a university student, he founded ZEALS and developed a conversational robot. In 2016, he launched the industry’s first “Chat Commerce®,” a chatbot platform for e-commerce built on a conversational engine. He was named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30 Asia” list in 2018. In 2022, the company raised JPY 5 billion (approx. $38M) from investors including Salesforce Ventures, and established a U.S. subsidiary. In 2025, he launched “Omakase.ai,” a voice AI agent for e-commerce, in the United States to drive global expansion.
