Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Graduating from Keio University, Faculty of Economics and Graduate School of Media Design (KMD), she launched Japan's first and largest crowdfunding service "READYFOR" in March 2011. It got incorporated in 2014 with Haruka becoming the CEO. In 2011, she was selected as one of the "Global Shapers" of the World Economic Forum and became the youngest Japanese ever to participate in the Forum. She is currently a member of the Cabinet Secretariat's "Headquarters for Achieving New Capitalism". She serves as the representative director of the General Incorporated Association Impact Startup Association.
