He joined Globis Capital Partners in 2006, became a Partner in 2012, was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2013, and has served as Managing Partner since 2019. His notable track record includes investments in Visional (formerly BizReach), Yappli, Creema, Akatsuki, V-cube, Lifenet Insurance Company, Quipper, and Kiramex. His major portfolio companies include SmartNews, ANDPAD, READYFOR, akippa, YOUTRUST、SANU、Oceanic Constellations、 FLYWHEEL, Renoveru, Knowledge Work, tebiki, Seibii, and TERASS. Prior to joining the firm, he was a project manager at a management consulting firm (now PwC Consulting LLC). He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo.
