After graduating from The Ohio State University, she worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where she was involved in AI and robotics strategy projects. She then led the global launch of robotics products at SoftBank Robotics. Following that, she led sales and business development for the Japan launch of a Silicon Valley–based retail tech startup. Since July 2023, she has been with CIC Institute, where she designs and manages startup support and open innovation programs, particularly in the environment and energy sectors.
