Joined eiicon in 2020. In charge of the Human Resources Headquarters and the Regional Revitalization and Innovation Creation Support Business Headquarters, he is mainly engaged in supporting open innovation for corporations and local governments. He is the general manager of eiicon's open innovation program and the head of human resources. He has an extensive track record, including as a seminar lecturer and mentor for various programs and speaking at events.In December 2023, he founded XSprout Inc. as a joint venture with the Spiral Group and became a director.
