She joined JTC as a new graduate, and after gaining experience at a mega venture and a foreign-affiliated company, she became the 4th HR member at I-ne, a company with around 80 employees at the time. In her current role, after two internal transfers from HR to Sales and back to HR, she is now focused on promoting company culture and working as an HRBP, primarily responsible for recruitment and organizational development.
