Yo Nagami is CEO of Raksul Inc., a Tokyo-based technology platform delivering end-to-end solutions—including e-commerce, logistics, and fintech—to empower Japanese SMEs. He joined Raksul in 2014 as CFO and was appointed CEO in 2023. Earlier in his career, he worked in M&A advisory at Mizuho Securities and spent seven years at The Carlyle Group, focusing on private equity investments and portfolio company management. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
