Japanese Entrepreneur in India. He worked at the Deloitte Group, supporting the growth of startups, and was appointed the youngest manager at the time. He later established the India team as Asia Regional Head, creating numerous business partnerships between Japan and India. In 2019, he founded Tech Japan with the aim of unlocking the potential of Japanese companies through India's power. He partnered with the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), India's top science and engineering educational institutions, to develop the only recruiting platform used on campus. He currently operates the largest IIT talent database, with one in three graduating students registered at partner IITs. He promotes Japan-India technology collaboration across a full range of services, from leveraging data to develop development organization strategies, building recruitment and development teams, providing operational support to enable talent to thrive, and supporting the establishment of a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
