Miki Oikawa
She joined Pola Cosmetics Honpo (now POLA INC.) in 1991. After gaining experience in product planning, marketing, and sales, she was appointed Executive Officer in 2012 and a Member of the Board of Directors in 2014. She served as the company's President and Representative Director from 2020, stepping down at the end of 2024. Since 2021, she has served as a board member of the Dialogue Japan Society, supporting the operation of the "Dialogue in the Forest" museum, an inclusive social entertainment experience. Beginning in 2025, she has been active on themes of DEI and the development of women leaders, serving as the Representative Director of the general incorporated association Toget-HER and a board member of the general incorporated association MASHING UP.
