A Human Capitalist, specializing in Succession Planning, Management Team Strengthening, and Leadership Development. President and CEO of Pronova Inc. After serving in various roles at Mitsubishi Corporation, earning an MBA from Harvard, and holding management positions at McKinsey & Company and the GLOBIS Group, she founded Pronova in 2007. The firm was established to create opportunities for both internal and external individuals to become "professional managers." She currently serves or has served as an Outside Director or Non-Executive Director for several major companies, including Marui Group, Euglena, KADOKAWA, and SmartNews. Since 2014, she has been appointed as an Outside Director at a cumulative total of nine listed companies, often serving as the Chair of the Nominating and Compensation Committees at many of these organizations. Her publications include The Day a 40-Year-Old Becomes President (Gentosha) and other works.
