After joining a staffing agency, I moved to Net Jinzai Bank, Inc. (now for Startups, Inc.) in 2016. As a Principal, I supported high-level executive and CxO placements. Additionally, I served as Senior Manager in the Sales Strategy Division of the Human Capital Department, where I led corporate sales strategies, assigned corporate account managers, evaluated contracts with new clients, and drove collaboration with venture capital firms. Appointed to the current position in April 2025.
