In 2017, at the age of 20, he founded Recore Inc., an apparel-related business. The following year, he decided to pivot the business, and in August 2018, launched "Timee," a spot work service that matches people's "hours they want to work" with businesses' "hours they need someone to work." By accurately capturing societal needs, the service quickly achieved Product-Market Fit (PMF) and experienced significant growth. In July 2024, seven years after its founding and at the age of 27 years and 3 months, he led the company to an IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Growth Market, becoming the youngest to do so with a unicorn company (*).
