Debuting in 2005 as a member of AAA, SKY-HI simultaneously launched his solo career as a rapper. In 2020, driven by the slogan “To never extinguish talent,” he established the management and label company, BMSG, Inc., and has since launched chart-topping groups like BE:FIRST, MAZZEL, and HANA. BMSG also manages various solo artists. In 2025, he started the "3rd BOYS GROUP AUDITION PROJECT ‘THE LAST PIECE’" to form the third boy group, resulting in the creation of the 5-member dance and vocal group, STARGLOW. Under BMSG’s "TYOISM" (read as "Tokyo-ism") philosophy, which aims to "deliver new culture from Tokyo to the world," SKY-HI and BMSG continue their activities.
