She joined Recruit Co., Ltd., and then gained experience in corporate sales at advertising agencies before moving to Sumitomo Real Estate. Afterward, she joined KAIZEN Platform and later Metaps Inc., where she worked as an Executive Officer, overseeing corporate and service PR for the entire group. In 2019, she joined for Startups, Inc., where she led talent production, and became an Executive Officer in 2021. She also serves as the Secretary General of the New Normal Consortium, a mentor for Tokyo Metropolitan Government support programs, a guest professor at iU (Information Management Innovation University), and a radio personality.
