Joining Toppan Printing in 2005, they began in sales before moving to marketing and new business support for the publishing and advertising sectors. In 2014, they transitioned to corporate planning. From 2016, they launched and led the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) division, overseeing investments, M&A, and business development with 25 startups, later serving as head of the domestic unit. In November 2022, they joined venture capital firm Delight Ventures to invest in and nurture Japan-based global top companies. They also lecture on venture and management strategy at Globis University.
