Joined Recruit as a new graduate and became the first to win the company’s “NewRING” Grand Prix, engaging in new business development and global startup support. Later contributed to Mercari’s pre-IPO growth through mass marketing and product development. Joined mento at its founding in 2019 and, since 2024, serves as Vice President, overseeing the Management Success Platform “mento.”
