Shiho has worked at Morgan Stanley (IBD), Google, Mercari US, ELSA Speak, and various startups. With experience working in Japan, South East Asia, Europe, Africa, Silicon Valley, and DC, she brings a unique perspective. Shiho holds degrees from ICU and Stanford University. She has been advising Shibuya City since 2021 and has been in her current role since February 2023.
