After engaging in policy proposals and execution in the department responsible for human resource development and organizational climate change at Link and Motivation Inc., she is responsible for launching a new company that provides educational services for young people. After that, she joined GLOBIS. As a director, she is involved in the overall management of the GLOBIS Graduate School of Management, and at the same time conducts research and content development in the fields of interest.
