He completed his graduate studies at Kyoto University. At Toyota Motor Corporation, he was in charge of global quality assurance operations, where he implemented measures to reduce overseas quality costs and improve data accuracy. During his assignment in Brazil, he was involved in local cost reduction and new model quality improvement activities. He then worked at Boston Consulting Group, primarily providing strategic consulting to the manufacturing sector. He led a wide range of projects, including mid-term management plans, vision formulation, new business development, and support for M&A DD/PMI. In 2024, he joined Asuene Inc., where he is responsible for formulating overseas expansion strategies, supporting the management and operations of group companies, establishing new offices, and conducting local recruitment. He has been involved in launching offices in Bangkok and London and in overseas M&A deals, mainly driving the expansion of international business.
