Yuichiro Shimizu

CEO

He graduated from the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University. After working at Intelligence, Inc. (now PERSOL CAREER CO., LTD.), where he was involved in the launch of the job search site "DODA" (now doda), he founded Net Jinzaibank Inc. (now for Startups, Inc.) in 2016 and became its President and CEO. He was awarded "Headhunter of the Year" for two consecutive years at the "Japan Headhunter Awards" in 2014-15 and was the first in Japan to be inducted into the "Hall of Fame" of certified Headhunters in 2016. From 2019, he has served as a member of the Venture Ecosystem Committee of the Japan Venture Capital Association, and from 2020, he has been a member of the Planning Subcommittee and Startup Policy Task Force of the Keidanren Startup Committee. In 2021, he became a member of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai), and in 2022, he joined the Kansai Economic Federation (Kansai Keizai Doyukai). In 2023, he published the book "Working at a Startup" (published by Discover Twentyone).
