After beginning his career at Sammy Networks Co., Ltd., he joined Metaps Inc., where he eventually served as the Head of Business Operations. In October 2016, he joined Net Jinzai Bank Co., Ltd. (now forStartups, Inc.). Following his appointment as Executive Officer in April 2018, he led the Human Capital Group. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2019 and promoted to Managing Director in 2021. Since 2024, he has served as Executive Vice President and Director. He joined the Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives) in 2020. At the association, he has served as Vice-Chairman of the Open Innovation Committee and the Committee for the Realization of Mutually-Supportive Capitalism. He is slated to become a Trustee in 2025.
