Established Incubate Fund in 2010 and assumed the role of Representative Partner. Has concurrently served as Director of the Planning Department at the Japan Venture Capital Association since 2015. Previously held various positions including Chairman of the Fund Ecosystem Committee and Chairman of the LP Relations Subcommittee. Appointed as a Board Member of the Japan Venture Capital Association in 2023.
