He graduated from the Department of Human and Environmental Studies in the Faculty of Human Sciences at Waseda University. During his time at university, he gained experience in launching businesses in Shanghai and starting a domestic talent consulting firm. He joined Rakuten Group as a new graduate in the Creative Organization Department, where he worked as a UI/UX Director, contributing to the launch and growth of several services within the group. Later, he became involved in the founding of a drone startup, where he helped establish the Drone LiDAR development division and contributed to the spread of drone LiDAR technology both domestically and internationally. After serving as the General Manager of the domestic business and overseeing the mergers and acquisitions of more than a dozen overseas companies, he took on the role of CEO for the European region. Subsequently, he worked at a major Japanese manufacturing company, where he held dual roles in the New Business Development Office and the Sustainability Promotion Office. He was involved in creating Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) businesses and various disclosure activities. Additionally, he engaged in consulting for industrial drones, supporting overseas expansion, and participating in new business development within JAXA’s aerospace technology division. With his background in technology and his personal experiences in his hometown, he is driven to pursue the optimal relationship between humans and nature, which led him to found this company and take on the role of CEO.
