Born in Aichi Prefecture, he graduated from Waseda University’s School of Law and joined Ministry of Defense as a National Public Service (Law) officer, working on Self-Defense Forces operational planning, Japan–U.S. alliance policy, and joint training. There, he earned a master’s in International Policy from Stanford University. Transferred to Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, he managed river-related administrative regulations. After leaving the Ministry of Defense, he worked as a business consultant before joining space startup ALE as Head of Space Environment, overseeing atmospheric data and space debris mitigation. Subsequently, in 2022, he founded BULL in Utsunomiya.

BULL Co., Ltd. is a start-up company founded in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture in 2022 with the vision of "making the interplanetary travel "the norm" on and off the Earth". We consider the sustainability of space to be an important issue, and are working on the development of Post Mission Disposal (PMD) devices to prevent the generation of space debris. As a company originating from the region, we are promoting our business that contributes to the space industry as a whole, receiving strong support from local industry, academia, government, and academia, as well as from the national government, including through joint development with JAXA. We aim to become a global company originating from the region in Japan by quickly expanding our business not only in Japan but also in overseas markets, especially in Europe.
